This site is operated by TerraLux LLC, trading as TerraLux Acquisitions. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we are, and what we are not

TerraLux is a principal buyer. We buy residential property for our own account and may resell or assign our interest in a property.

We are not a real estate brokerage, and we do not act as your agent. We are not attorneys, accountants or tax advisers. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Before you sell a property you should take your own professional advice.

Offers

Anything on this site, and any figure we discuss before a written agreement, is an indication and not a binding offer. Only a written purchase agreement signed by both parties creates a binding obligation. Any offer we make is based on the information you give us and on our inspection, and may be withdrawn or revised before signature.

Using the contact form

Please give us accurate information, and only submit details about a property you own or are authorised to discuss. Do not send us anyone else's personal information without their permission, and do not send sensitive identifiers such as a Social Security number.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the number you give us. In short: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to send automated traffic or scrapers, to attempt to gain access to systems you are not authorised to use, or to submit anything harmful or deliberately false.

Our content

The text, layout, photographs and marks on this site belong to TerraLux or are used with permission. You may read and share pages, but please do not copy or republish the content as your own.
